Individual Sessions:
£90 per hour
Young people may have half hour sessions, following the initial assessment, at £45 for half an hour.
Payment is taken at the beginning or end of the session by cash/cheque/card.
Paypal may also be used.
Telephone consultations:
15 minutes
Free
An initial free consultation of 15 minutes is offered to briefly discuss the problem. The client can then decide if they want to continue.

The initial appointment will usually include a psychological assessment and negotiation of the future treatment. Some people find that this initial meeting is all that they need to enable them to overcome their difficulties. Some people want to have further treatment. All treatment is based on the individual's particular difficulties and needs.

Initial appointments:
Before an initial appointment is confirmed a deposit of half of the appointment cost is taken (usually by BACS), which is non refundable if the appointment is cancelled with less than 48 hours notice or is not attended, this is to cover rent and admin costs. The rest of the fee will then be paid at the first session.
