Services
Before we meet, you can contact me on 07976419558 for a free 15 minute telephone consultation to help you to decide whether a psychological intervention from me is what you want/need.
The first appointment is a chance for us to get to know each other and for me to learn about the difficulties you are experiencing. This involves discussing how those difficulties have arisen and how they affect your life. I will also want to know what goals you want to work towards (what you want to change about your life/yourself).
Sometimes one session is enough. Sometimes people need several sessions of therapy. Which therapy we use depends on a variety of factors including your preference, the outcome of the assessment, and the way that we talk together. All therapies provided are evidence-based and have been proven effective in reducing distress.
